Q:
Are your oil paintings all hand made?
A: Yes, our paintings are 100% hand made on canvas by skilled
painters, no computers and other machines are used.
Q: What are sizes of painting you
offer?
A: 8"x10", 12"x16", 16"x20",
20"x24", 24"x36", 24"x48",
30"x40", 36"x48", 40"x60",
48”x72” and other you need.
Q: Can I send my private pictures
to made out oil paintings by post?
A: Yes. Your photo/picture should no less than 10x15cm.
If for portraits paintings, more than 5 pieces may as well.
The photo/picture will be kept clean and return to you by
mail.
Q: Can I order oil paintings which
are not showed in your online catalogues?
A: Yes, Please just mail or email us the pictures or tell
us the name of the painting, then we will do at your request,
but we must note the paintings copyright.
Q: Do you have a catalogue or brochure
that can be mailed to me free of charge?
A: Yes, it's our pleasure to send you our free sample CD,
though most of the images in that CD can find in online
catalogue. For new clients, It is more favorable that you
can place a trial order first, then we mail the CD together
with it. For constant clients, we will mail you the newest
updated CDs with your order.
Q: About the signature?
A: It is up to you whether you want our artist's signatures
on the paintings or not. There won't be any signatures or
seals on the painting area without your approval. You can
also propose signatures or signing methods of your desire.
Questions
about Shipment
Q: How long dose it takes before I
get the oil paintings ordered?
A: Normally, we will finished your order within 2-4 weeks,
it depend on the order quality and business season. You
will be informed the exact lead-time when you intend to
place a fixed order.
Q: What is the goods packaging?
A: Unframed paintings will be rolled and packed with a thin
plastic layer between paintings professionally. Framed paintings
will be packed with four protected paper corners in suitable
quantity in a firm paper carton.
Q: What methods of the shipment do
you use?
A: Usually, for small quality, we ship the goods by express
courier (FedEx, DHL, TNT etc.). For large quality, normal
air or sea freight is applied.
Q: What about the Custom duty on oil
paintings?
A: The Custom duty is different in different countries.
The USA and most western countries do not levy an import
tax on hand painted reproduction art, while other countries
may charge duty on the total import value. So you'd better
ask the Customs or trading company in your country for the
details.
Questions about Payment
Q: What is your
payment term?
A: For most of our clients, your are kindly requested to
pay 50% of total amount in advance to start the production,
then we will send you images of the finished paintings to
you for quality checking. The remaining 50% of the payment
could be transferred before shipment when you see our emails
and approval the quality.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A:
1). T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). The money will arrive in
2-7 days.
2). L/C(Letter of Credit). We accept L/C only
for large-quantity orders, since it is not as convenient
as T/T.
3). Bank Check. To be honest, we prefer other
methods of payment than check, since it costs too much time(more
than 35 days) to get the money.
4). Online transfer. Online transfer is also
accepted very soon. Please Contact
